ReTURNS & REFUND

If you not completely satisfied with your product(s), we are happy for the customer to cancel and return the goods, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please note that certain products require a non-refundable deposit, which is clearly indicated per product page, to cover costs incurred. In such cases, if you cancel your order or return the item, only the counterbalance, will be refunded.
