SHIPPING & Lead Times
We ship to most worldwide locations. We ship all orders from the London, England, UK. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout. All orders are a tracked service. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package is out for shipment.​ Our manufacture time starts within 5 days of order date, with finalisation times varying by product (as noted on each product page) before your shipment is able to be fulfilled.
All orders placed on or before any UK public/ bank holidays will be processed the following working day. Similarly, if your order’s production period itself overlaps with a UK public/bank holiday, those additional days will automatically be added to the production schedule. ​​

At this time we are unable to ship orders to Afghanistan, Libya, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Russia, Serbia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Azores, Madeira, the Faéroér Islands, Greenland, Aland Island, Antilles, Venezuela, Yemen, North Korea, Isarel, Poste Restante, Canary Islands, St. Pierre et Miquelon, Livigno, Channel Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, General Delivery and P.O. Boxes. Orders made to any of these locations will be cancelled.​

​​All orders outside of the UK are subject to customs fees regulated by your country of delivery's government; you will be required to pay the VAT due in your country and duties may also be charged. ​​We are trying out best to minimise these costs worldwide so you can continue shopping with us.
PETRA RAISSA has no control over any delays or charges and, at this point, we are unable to predict these. Please check the email address you used to place your order, as customs normally contact you this way if necessary. Please make sure to be aware if customs are trying to contact you.
